These are great tips. I think the ketogenic diet is excellent at helping people drop weight quickly. It is a very low carbohydrate, high fat diet though. So, that goes against your recommendation of not eating too much fat. Your body will learn to burn fat and that means you will tend to eat less. Cutting carbs is one of the best things that you can do!
