I’m going to be 57 soon and a little overweight. Have tried to eat less but pretty hard for feeling empty. I love sweet potato and pumpkins, maybe I should try them to see if they work.

I did not know that pumpkins have high fiber. I will get into cutting phase and it will be really good that I can use it for this period. However, I do intermittent fasting. So when will be the ideal time to consume pumpkin?

    That is a good question. I would not necessarily say that one time of day is better than the other. Pumpkin is good no matter what but I would normally do it around dinner time. (for me it is around 4:00 PM)
