Hey Edward! I am in the over 50 crowd and it is harder at this age to get and stay healthy. I do try and choose the right foods and exercise for an hour a day. With diabetes it’s a requirement to eat healthy and watch your blood sugars. I eat when I first get up in the morning and don’t skip meals. Do you have any advice as to the best way to control hunger pains?
